Pro AI Assistance is subject to usage limits. At present, Pro accounts are limited to up to 3 AI generations per day per user (or as shown in the product). Limits may change for availability, cost, or abuse prevention.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.
We may require email verification or other checks before enabling paid features.
The Service supports different sharing modes depending on link type and settings. For example, on supported Pro links:
Anyone who obtains a link (and any required note identifiers or passphrases) may access content permitted by that link's mode. You are responsible for understanding permissions before sharing. Do not share links if you do not intend others to access the content.
Some free or legacy shared links may allow editing by anyone with the link. Treat shared URLs like passwords when content is sensitive.
Pro features may use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate summaries and related output from transcripts, clip metadata, and settings you provide.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions, publication, or compliance purposes.
AI features depend on subtitle/transcript availability and service limits. We do not guarantee that AI output will be available for every video or clip.
Paid plans are offered through checkout powered by Paddle (merchant of record for online payments). Plan options and prices displayed on our website or in-product at the time of purchase may include:
Prices, discounts, and available plans may change for new purchases. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout based on your location, as shown by Paddle before you pay.
By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method you provide according to the selected plan.
Subscription plans (other than Lifetime) renew automatically for successive billing periods unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel renewal through options provided by Paddle (for example, links in your receipt or customer management tools, where available) or by contacting support@ytclipmind.com.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not generally entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing periods, except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
Lifetime purchases provide access to Pro features available at the time of purchase without recurring subscription fees for that Lifetime plan.
"Lifetime" means for the life of the Service product offering, not necessarily for your lifetime or in perpetuity if we discontinue the Service. We may modify, replace, or retire features over time. Substantially new products or major separate offerings may be sold separately.
Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Unless required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided.

The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation (excluding your content and third-party materials), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand except as needed to use the Service as intended.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may depend on third parties (including YouTube, hosting providers, authentication, AI, and payment processors). We are not responsible for outages or changes outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that AI output, transcripts, or playback will always be accurate, complete, or available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Pro access in that period or (b) USD $50, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where prohibited by law.
